- Maintain safe working conditions on the shop floor and in warehouses
- Train employees on equipment handling, PPE, and emergency procedures
- Identify and reduce workplace hazards through regular review

- Control dust, heat, and process exposure with practical shop-floor measures
- Encourage reporting of incidents so we can prevent recurrence

- Handle materials and packaging responsibly through production and dispatch
- Comply with applicable environmental regulations for our industrial operations
